Ms Karishma Shah joins Wellington College International Pune as swimming coach and brings rich experience as a coach as well as a long list of achievements. In 1992, she won the National School Games Championship in New Delhi. In 1994, she set a state record in the 50m breaststroke at the Maharashtra State Amateur Aquatic Championship in Jalgaon. The same year, she won the Asia Pacific Age Group Swimming Championship and National Aquatic Championships. In 1995, she won the U-14 National School Games in Calcutta and came third in the Junior National Aquatic Championships in Vijaywada. Furthermore, she won the Mayor’s Trophy for Excelling in Sports in 1994 and served as the President of the Rotaract Club of Poona Airport, RI Dist. 3130 from July 2000 to June 2001. Her accolades and unique coaching style inspire our pupils and motivate them to achieve their full potential.
